Terms & Conditions
Asia Traveller acts as a consolidator for hotel partners which
supply services to this site, your final contract is between you
and the hotel. You are therefore subject to their terms and conditions
regarding cancellation policies. Asia Traveller strongly advises
you to read their terms before proceeding with your purchase.
When making a contract with a hotel partner your credit card details
and other essential booking details may be passed on to that hotel.
By making a purchase with a credit card, you are consenting for
us to pass on such details. The credit card that you use in making
any purchase must expressly be your own or one which you are legally
authorised to use.
Currency rates and costs related to foreign products are subject
to fluctuation and Asia Traveller is not liable for the accuracy
of rates at any particular time.
All rates, unless clearly stated otherwise on the website (for
example in case of a package), are per room per night.
If, after making a reservation, there are any changes in your
details relating to your purchase you are responsible for informing
the Hotel and Asia Traveller within a reasonable amount of time,
via email, telephone or via fax.
Liability Disclaimer
Asia Traveller attempts to ensure the accuracy of information
available on this site at all times. However, Asia Traveller do
not assume or guarantee that all information is up-to-date or
fault free. Asia Traveller will endeavour to correct any errors
or omissions as quickly as possible after being notified, but
can not accept liability for any errors or omissions. Furthermore,
Asia Traveller reserve the right to amend any agreements made,
if the original information supplied by a hotel partner was incorrect
at the date of publication.
Asia Traveller does not take responsibility for goods and services
offered by us as consolidators for hotel partners or for any aspect
of the external relationship between you and that hotel partner.
Asia Traveller does not accept liability for any loss, or damages
incurred as a result of a purchase from this site or use of this
site. Asia Traveller does not provide any warranty, express or
implied, on 'availability', quality or performance of products
and services provided on this site.
In regards to liability for death or personal injury, Asia Traveller
shall be liable for direct loss arising out of the use of this
site, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise,
up to the maximum of the total value of the transaction to which
the claim arises. This liability statement applies only to the
extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
Modification of Terms
Asia Traveller reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete
any terms, conditions and notices under which this site is offered.
Any changes made will be officially dated and shall therefore
not effect any action or claim initiated prior to the date of
said changes.
Tour
Packages, Air Tickets and Transfers
( only to and from Thailand )
Rates - All rates
are nett in US Dollar.
Confirmation - All reservation requests will be replied
within 48 hous (With or without confirmation from the hoteliers
or airline staff)
Payment schedule - Full prepayment requires after booking
confirmed.
Payment method - The credit card such as VISA , MASTER
CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD are accepted online.
Payment Currency - All payments are converted to Thai Baht
(depend on the exchange rate).
Cancellation - For cancellation
of confirmed arrangement/payment , a cancellation fee will be
charged as follow :
- Package Tour
1. Before 30 days - 10% from tour fare.
2. Between 30 days - 25% from tour fare.
3. Between 14 days - 50% from tour fare.
4. Less than 3 days - 75% from tour fare.
5. No show - 100% charge.
- Air Tickets
23% from the airfare(s)
- Transfers
100% charge.
Insurance - All clients are covered by insurance while
doing tour in Thailand.
Taxes/Service charge - All rates quoted are inclusive of
service charge and government tax.
Guide - Selection of guide services for private tour :
English , German , French , Italian , Japanese and Mandarin speaking
guides.
Required travel documents - Valid passport not less than 6
months.
- Citizens of most countries do not require visa for stay up to
30 days in the Kingdom of Thailand.
